Dillard enters his second season as operation assistant in 2023-24. He joined the women's basketball staff in 2020-21 as a graduate assistant after spending each of the past six years associated with the program, first as a practice player and then as a student manager.
The Virginia Beach native has experience coaching at Ocean Lakes High School and aspires to be a college basketball coach at the Power Five level.
