Active Hokie Club members are provided access to a digital membership card through the HokieSports Mobile App. Not only does your digital membership card include important information like your account number, but it will also enable you to participate in exclusive giveaway opportunities at select Virginia Tech sporting events too.

How do you access the digital membership card?
You can find your card by opening the HokieSports Mobile App, clicking your account profile in the top right corner, logging in, and selecting “My Hokie Club Information.” Your card should appear, including your account number and the name of the account holder. How to create an app profile
To create an app account, first open the account setting menu by clicking the profile icon in the top right of the app. Once the menu opens, click “Create your app profile.” On the sign up page, fill in your first and last name, enter the email address associated with your tickets or Hokie Club account, create a password and click “Sign Up.” Once your app account is created, it may take up to 24 hours for your membership card to appear.

Having issues?

It’s important to note that if the criteria below has not been met, your card will not be visible.

1. You must have the latest version of the HokieSports Mobile App. Use the button below to download the app.
2. Your app account must be created with the same email address as your Hokie Club account email address.
3. The card may take up to 24 hours to appear if your account is newly created.
