• Daughter of Matt and Wendy Hurst
• Both parents played basketball at Mars Hill College in North Carolina and mom also played volleyball there
• Older brother Grant played basketball at Tennessee
• Lauren and Grant were the first brother-sister combo to play hoops at UT at the same time
• Older sister Addison plays volleyball at South Alabama
• Enjoys playing golf and going to the lake
• Currently pursuing exploratory academic track
