2019-20 (Senior)

2018-19 (Junior)

  • Started 19 games and appeared in all 34. Brooks averaged 4.0 points, scoring a season best 11 in the Hokies' ACC/Big Ten Challenge victory over Rutgers.
  • Averaged a career best 2.1 rebounds per game and had 29 steals.
  • Made 43 triples, taking her to fourth all-time in school history in that category.

 
2017-18 (Sophomore)

  • Brooks played in all 37 games, starting 24 times. She averaged 4.2 points and scored in double figures six times.
  • A year after knocking down 62 3-pointers – a freshman record at the time, Brooks made 56 her sophomore season, vaulting her into the top 10 in Hokie hoops history.
  • Brooks owns the longest streak of consecutive games with a made triple with 21, which spanned between her freshman and sophomore seasons.
  • She made her 100th career triple in the game against Boston College.
  • Brooks dialed up 14 points on 4 for 9 shooting from distance to propel the Hokies to a pivotal road win at Chattanooga.

 
2016-17 (Freshman)

  • Brooks appeared in 32 games and made four starts. Her 62 made 3-pointers was a Virginia Tech record at the time for a freshman.
  • At Boston College, Brooks knocked down seven triples, tying the program record for the most in an ACC contest.
  • Earned her first career start at Cassell Coliseum against Louisville.
  • Brooks paced the Hokies by knocking down five 3-pointers at Cameron Indoor Stadium against the Duke Blue Devils.

 
High School (Spotswood)

  • Brooks played for four years at Spotswood where she was a four-time All-District selection. She also earned All-Conference honors during her junior and senior seasons. Brooks and the Blazers won the Virginia state title in 2016.
  • She was rated as the 12th best guard in the state of Virginia by MaxPreps.

 
Personal

  • Born on Feb. 18, Brooks is the oldest daughter of Kenny and Chrissy Brooks. She has three siblings, including Chloe, a freshman guard on the Virginia Tech women’s basketball team.
  • Her father Kenny is the head coach of the Hokies, in his third year following a highly successful tenure at his alma mater James Madison.
  • Her uncle Cory Alexander played basketball at the University of Virginia before playing in the NBA and her father Kenny played hoops at James Madison.
  • Brooks is majoring in human development.
