2025 ACC All-Academic Team
2025 (Junior): In her first season at Virginia Tech, competed in all 111 sets and started all 31 matches. Posted a career-high 17 digs in Virginia Tech’s 3-2 victory over Duke... Led the team with 38 service aces for a .927 serving percentage, topping the team in aces in 15 matches and ranking ninth in the ACC... Added 208 digs (1.87 per set), ranking in the team’s top five defensively, and led the Hokies with 609 assists (5.49 per set), leading the team in assists in 22 matches... Named to the ACC All-Academic Team.
Prior to Virginia Tech: Was a two-time JUCO national champion at Florida Southwestern... Was a five-time FCSAA Setter of the Week... Accumulated 847 assists, 156 digs, 51 aces, 39 total blocks and 33 kills in two seasons... Owns career-highs of 60 assists, 12 digs, six aces and five blocks... Averaged 8.32 assists per set and 1.60 digs per set in the 2024 season.
Personal: Daughter of Theresinha Gomes and Mario Brandalise... Has three siblings, Mauricio, Mario and Marcella... Majoring in multimedia journalism.
