ASSISTANT COACH CALEB ADAMS
Caleb Adams enters his sixth season with the Hokies in 2025, specializing with the liberos and defensive specialists. Notable athletes Adams has coached during his time at Virginia Tech are Iliana Rodriguez, who accumulated 400 digs in her single season at VT, and Logan Mosley, who ranks No. 7 in career digs for the program (1,304). Adams has served alongside Byers for her five completed seasons at Virginia Tech and eight seasons at her previous stop, Radford.
ASSISTANT COACH WILLIAM TATGE
Entering his second season with the Hokies, Tatge will continue working with the hitters, who accumulated 1,218 kills and averaged 11.17 kills/set in the 2024 season, including 12 matches with 45+ team kills. Prior to Virginia Tech, Tatge was a member of staffs at Bradley, Georgia State, Iowa, Louisiana Tech, Ohio State, Lees-McRae, Montreat College and Durham University in England Tatge holds a degree in history with double minors in coaching and business administration from Indiana where he spent four years playing for the university's club volleyball program.
ASSISTANT COACH & RECRUITING COORDINATOR VICTORIA BRISACK
Entering her first season with the Hokies, Brisack joins the staff from High Point, where she helped the Panthers to Big South regular season and tournament championship titles. Her offensive system design produced two Big South Offensive Players of the Year, a three-time Big South Conference Player of the Year and the No. 1 offense in the Big South Conference during the 2024 season. With stints at Purdue Fort Wayne, Notre Dame and Marquette, Brisack brings experience in four leagues to the program. As a student-athlete, Brisack played volleyball collegiately for Indiana where she accumulated 2,735 assists, 43 total blocks, 76 aces and 80 kills over her 385 sets played during her four years with the program.
