Indoor Track & Field (2026): Competed in the mile at the ACC Indoor Championships... Recorded a personal-best 4:47.06 to win the mile at the Virginia Tech Challenge... Finished the 3000m in a personal-best 9:26.86 at the ASICS Sound Running Invite.
Cross Country (2025): Opened the season with a career-best 13:56.3 in the 4k to finish third at the Virginia Tech Invitational... Recorded a personal-best 21:46.9 in the 5.85k at the Hokie Invitational... Competed at the ACC Cross Country Championships, finishing the 6k in 21:30.9.
Outdoor Track & Field (2025): Ran a personal-best 10,000m of 35:35.14 at the ACC Outdoor Championships... Posted a 1500m of 4:30.30 at the Hill City Twilight.... Ran the 5,000m in 16:43.06 at the Wake Forest Invitational... Posted an 800m in 2:11.94 at the Duke Invitational.
Indoor Track & Field (2025): Ran a season-best 3,000m at the Virginia Tech Invitational in 9:41.16... Captured her first event win in the 3,000m at the Virginia Tech Challenge... Posted a 2:54.54 in the 1,000m at the Hokie Invitational.
Cross Country (2024): Finished fifth overall in the Virginia Tech Invitational women's 4K with a 14:11.6... Finished sixth overall in the Hokie Invitational women's 6K with a time of 22:01.2… Recorded a personal-best at the Panorama Farms Invitational in the 6K with 21:26.8… Finished with 21:27.9 in the 6K at the ACC Cross Country Championships… At the NCAA Division I Southeast Region Cross Country Championships, finished in 22:24.4 in the 6K.
High School: Was an 11-time State Champion in cross country and track and field... Earned First Team All-State eight times... Four-time New Balance Nationals All-American and Indoor National Champion... Four-time Meet of Champions champion... 2024 Millrose Games 4x800 Champion and set the meet and facility record.
Personal: Daughter of Rachael and Paul Holgado... Has one sibling, Noah, who plays soccer at Gettysburg... Majoring in undecided but on the pre-vet track.
