Outdoor Track & Field (2026): Won the 1,500 meters at the ACC Outdoor Championships for his fifth All-ACC titele… Helped the Hokies win gold in the 4x400-meter relay at the ACC Championships, clocking 3:05.90 … Finished third in the 1,500 meters at the NCAA East Regional in 3:38.21 to qualify for the NCAA Championships … Competed in the 1,500 meters at the NCAA Championships, earning Honorable Mention All-American honors … Set the Virginia Tech outdoor mile record with a season-best 3:37.09 at the Portland Track Festival … Finished seventh in the 1,500 meters at the 2026 Toyota USATF Outdoor Championships in 3:50.91 … Posted a season-best 3:37.12 in the 1,500 meters at The Hill City Twilight, finishing third … Competed in the 200 and 400 meters at the Virginia Challenge.
Indoor Track & Field (2026): Won the 3,000 meters at the Hokie Invitational with a career-best 8:13.80 … Set the Virginia Tech record and No. 5 all-time NCAA mark in the 1,000 meters with a career-best 2:17.80, earning ACC Men's Performer of thw weel … Recorded the No. 2 all-time mile mark in Virginia Tech history with a personal-best 3:54.75 at the 2026 Saucony Battle for Boston … Earned silver in the mile at the ACC Indoor Championships to claim First Team All-ACC honors and competed in the 4x400-meter relay … Helped lead Virginia Tech to a third-place finish in the distance medley relay at the NCAA Indoor Championships, running the 1,600-meter leg in 3:56.38.
Outdoor Track & Field (2025): Rewrote his program record in the 1500m of 3:36.60 at the Portland Track Festival with his 3:35.57... Made his third consecutive appearance in the 800m at the NCAA Outdoor Championships... Captured the bronze medal at the ACC Outdoor Championships in the 800m, running 1:45.99 for First Team All-ACC honors... Ran a career-best 400m of 48.97 at the Duke Invitational... Posted a career-best 800m of 1:45.90 at the NCAA East Region First Round.
Indoor Track & Field (2025): Competed at the NCAA Indoor Championship as a member of the DMR (9:21.69), earning first team All-American honors... Captured the individual title in the 800m at the ACC Championship in 1:46.94, earning All-ACC first team honors... Ran a career-best 1,000m of 2:20.25 at the Hokie Invitational... Set the Rector Field House Facility Record in the 800m in 1:46.85 at the Doc Hale Elite Meet... Ran a season-best mile of 4:11.45 at the Virginia Tech Invitational... Was a member of the men's DMR team that posted the NCAA No. 11 all-time performance with the 9:19.88 which was also the program record.
Cross Country (2024): Ran a career-best 6k at the Hokie Open on 18:05.6... Ran a season-best 8k in 24:47.3 at the Panorama Farms Invitational... Posted a 24:49.2 8k at the Hokie Invitational... Recorded an 18:51.9 6k at the Virginia Tech Invitational.
Outdoor Track & Field (2024): Competed at the NCAA Outdoor Championships and finished eighth in the 800m at 1:47.00, earning First Team All-American honors... Also ran the 4x400m at the NCAA Championships and finished in 3:05.80... Competed in the NCAA East Prelims in the 800m and finished fifth in 1:46.39... Ran the 800m at the ACC Outdoor Championships and finished fourth in 1:47.43... Boasted a career-best performance in the 800m at the Hill City Twilight meet, with a time of 1:46.35 and a first place finish... Ran a career-best 400m at the Virginia High Performance meet in 49.52 with a third place finish... Cross Country (2023): Ran a personal-best time of 24:34.3 (8k) at the ACC Championships... Recorded a personal-best 6k time of 18:49.7 at the Virginia Tech Invitational.
Outdoor Track & Field (2023): Earned Second Team All-American honors after a 12th place finish at NCAA Outdoor Championships in the 800m at 1:49.17... Finished first at the NCAA East Prelims in the 800m at 1:47.21... Competed at the ACC Outdoor Championships in the 800m (1:47.41) and took home the gold and also ran the 4x400m that finished seventh in 3:10.24...
