2024 Outdoor: Placed 24th in the 800m semifinals with a time of 1:49.13 at the US Olympic Trials... Finished eighth at the NCAA Championships recording a time of 1:47.00 in the 800m, placed 13th in the 4x400m (3:05.80)... Placed fifth in the 800m at the East Prelims clocking in a time of 1:46.39... Recorded a time of 1:47.43 in the 800m at the ACC Championships finishing fourth, placed first in the 4x400m (3:03.35)... Ran a personal-best 800m time of 1:46.35 at The Hill City Twilight finishing first... Recorded a personal-best 400m time of 49.52 finishing third at the Virginia High Performance... Placed third at the Wake Forest Invitational in the 1500m with a personal-best time of 3:38.98. 

2024 Indoor: First Team All-American finishing fourth in the 800m at the NCAA Championships with a time of 1:47.75... Earned silver at the ACC Championships in the 800m clocking in a time of 1:47.33... Ran a personal-best 600m time of 1:18.40 finishing third at the Music City Challenge... Recorded a personal-best time of 3:59.50 in the mile at the Doc Hale VT Meet.

2023 Outdoor: Named ACC Outdoor Freshman of the Year... Finished 12th in the 800m at the NCAA Championships with a time of 1:49.17, second team All-American... Competed at the NCAA East Prelim quarterfinals crossing the line first in the 800m with a time of 1:49.21... Placed first in the 800m prelims (1:47.18) and finals (1:47.41) at the ACC Outdoor Championships... Finished second in the 800m at the Mt. SAC Relays clocking in a time of 1:48.71... Won the 1500m at Vertklasse stopping the clock at 3:47.94... Set a personal-best 1500m time of 3:46.08 at Toms Alumni Invitational.

2023 Indoor: Placed first the distance medley relay with a time of 9:28.86 at the ACC Indoor Championships... Ran a personal-best time of 1:19.37 at the Virginia Tech Challenge in the 600m finishing first... Placed 23rd at David Hemery Valentine Invite stopping the clock at 1:50.04... Earned All-ACC Academic honors. 

High School: 2022 and 2021 OHSAA D1 outdoor state champion in the 800m... Placed first at the 2022 indoor state championships in the 1600m. 

Personal: Son of Coleen and Les Plant... Has three siblings, Alexander, Shaylea, and Linsey ... Plans to major in human nutrition, foods, and exercise.
