2007 Cross Country: Best performance of the season helped the Hokies win the team title at the Lenoir-Rhyne Invitational by registering a season-best performance with a season-high finish of fifth in the 5k race at a time of 19:35 ... Also helped Tech claim the team championship at the William & Mary Inter-Regional with a 6k effort of 21:37, which earned eighth place in the individual standings ... Combined with Lindsey King for 10th place at the Wake Forest Relays, completing the course in 38:28.

2007 Outdoor: Finished eighth in the steeplechase at the ACC Championships with an NCAA Regional Qualifying time of 10:43.66 ... Placed 29th in the 3,000-meter steeplechase at the NCAA East Regional with a time of 10:52.65 ... Took fourth place in the 1,500-meter dash at the Liberty Twilight meet (4:44.98) ... Ran a personal-best 5,000-meter race in 16:57.97 for ninth place at the Duke Invitational.

2007 Indoor: Anchored first-place distance medley relay (11:58.29) at the VT Challenge ... Finished 21st at the ACC Championships in the 5,000-meter race (17:41.11) ... Turned in a second-place finish in the 5,000-meter race (17:28.92) at the Sykes-Sabok Challenge Cup, the fourth-fastest time in school history.

2006 Cross Country: Was the Hokies' sixth finisher at the NCAA National Championships, finishing in 24:25 ... Also was the sixth Hokie to cross the line at the NCAA Southeast Regional, placing 66th in a time of 22:21 ... Won the Hokie Open with a 4.7k time of 17:37 ... Placed third at the VMI Invite, and fifth at the Virginia Tech Invitational.

2006 Outdoor: Redshirted.

2006 Indoor: Ran the 3,000-meter race in 10:33.52, finishing eighth at the Virginia Tech Invitational ... Placed 28th in the mile at the Virginia Tech Challenge.

High School: Four-year letterwinner on the cross country team under coaches Don Blair and Kathleen C. Meehan at Brick Township High School ... Voted captain her senior year ...
