Brandon Wittenberg Season 2021-22

2021-22: Went 1-2 at the Southeast Open… Placed fourth at the Wolfpack Open going 2-2… Fourth place finish at ARMS Software/GMU Patriots Open… Defeated George Mason’s Michael Rapuano 8-3 in the Moss Arts Center dual… Finished the season with a 12-10 record.

2020-21: Went 1-2 at 133 pounds in his first season competing for Virginia Tech… Won his first career dual match at Duke with a 5-3 decision… Made his dual debut versus Kent State.  
 
2019-20: Redshirted. Finshed with a 12-7 record wrestling unattached... Went 3-2 at the ARMS Software/GMU Patriots Open with two pins and a technical fall… Went 4-2 with two pins, including one in 1:10,  and a technical fall at the Wolfpack Wrestling Club Open… Went 5-2 at the Southeast Open to finish sixth in the 125 freshman/sophomore division.

High School: Four-year letter winner at Battlefield High School … Four-time Virginia state champion … Two-time Escape the Rock All-American … Beast of the East, Powerade and NHSCA All-American.
