2020-21: Was the 141-pound starter as a true freshman… Went 5-5 in first season in collegiate wrestling, including 3-3 in dual matches… Won his first collegiate match by fall in the season opener versus Campbell… Tied for second on team in pins with two on the year.
 
High School: Four-year letterwinner… Coached by Vertus Jones at North Hills High School… Wrestled at 113 pounds, 126 pounds, 132 pounds and 138 pounds during high school career… Two-time Pennsylvania state champion… Two-time Powerade champion… Three-time Western Pennsylvania Interscholastic Athletic League champion… Three-time county champion… Finished high school career with a record of 157-5 with 79 pins and 103 bonus point victories… Wrestled for Quest School of Wrestling for coach Jim Akerly… Finished fourth at both Fargo and Super 32… Pennsylvania freestyle state champion… Earned academic honor roll four times… High school class president… Co-president of high school varsity club.
