Rost joined the Hokies as an assistant coach for women's tennis ahead of the 2023-24 season. No stranger to ACC competition, Rost competed at Clemson for three seasons between 2017 and 2020 - capping off her career with the Tigers in the No. 1 singles and doubles spot and ranked No. 70 in the final ITA singles poll. Following her stint at Clemson, Rost spent a year competing in the Big-12 with the TCU Horned Frogs.
After graduating from TCU, Rost served as the tennis professional at Ole Porte Racquet Club in Swansboro, N.C.
