Bailey joined the Hokies in the summer of 2022 as the program's coordinator of student-athlete engagement. In that role she will assist the team and staff in all things related to current and future student-athlete engagement. She will also be involved in the day-to-day operations of the program’s office, hire and train a student manager staff, coordinate team meals, work closely with the Hokie Hardwood Club and spearhead community service efforts.
She began her work in the athletics industry in high school and also managed the Charlottesville Tom Sox and Longwood Lancers, being promoted to student director of operations during her final season.
Bailey graduated cum laude from Longwood University with a degree in communication studies and a concentration in public relations.
