High School: Finished 27th at the New York State Public High School Athletic Association (NYSPHSAA) state cross country meet as a senior – her first state cross country meet... Won the NYSPHSAA state championship in the 800 during the outdoor season as a senior with a time of 2:06.88 – a school record... Won the NYSPHSAA state title in the 600 during the indoor season with a time of 1:30.00... Also was part of the 4x800-meter relay team that captured a bronze medal at that same meet with a time of 9:18.85... Finished second in the 800 at the New York state outdoor meet as a junior with a time of 2:10.17... Qualified for the New York state championships in the 55- and 300-meter hurdles as a sophomore and junior... Placed 10th in the 400-meter hurdles at the New Balance Nationals following her junior season (62.10).
Personal: Daughter of Patricia and William Butler... Has three siblings, Dan, Ryan and Kate... Sister, Kate, runs track & field at App State... Holds a bachelor's degree in industrial and systems engineering and a master's degree in information technology.
