2023 USATF U20 400m Outdoor Champion - 45.47

2024 Outdoor: Finished eighth in the 400m semifinals at the US Olympic Trials with a time of 44.98... Placed fifth in the 400m at the NCAA Outdoor Championships recording a time of 45.31, placed 13th in the 4x400m (3:05.80)... Broke the school record in the 400m recording a time of 44.55 at the East Prelims, seventh in the 4x400m (3:02.54)... Three-time ACC Gold Medalist, ACC Men's Track MVP... FInished first in the 200m (20.51), 400m (44.60 meet record), and 4x400m relay at the ACC Championships, placed eighth in the 4x100m (44.94)... Broke the school record in the 4x100m relay at the Flordia Relays with a time of 3:01.62 finishing second. 

2024 Indoor: Claimed bronze in the 400m at the NCAA Championships with a time of 45.57, placed 10th in the distance medley relay (9:32.20)... ACC Champion in the 400m (45.70) and 4x400m (3:06.00)... Finished first in the DMR at the Boston University DMR Challenege recording a time of 9:22.71... Placed second at the Tyson Invitational with a time of 45.53 in the 400m... Recorded a personal-best 300m time of 32.60 at the Virginia Tech Invitational.

2023 Outdoor: Finished 13th in the 400m at the NCAA East Prelims clocking in at 47.04... Clocked 45.47 in the ACC 400m Prelims finishing first, ran a personal-best time in the 200m (20.74) finishing fifth in the prelims and seventh in the finals (21.59)... Won the 400m at the Liberty Twilight Meet with a time of 45.85... Placed first in the 4x100m with a time of 39.19 at the East Coast Relays... Set a school record in the 4x400m clocking in at 3:06.39 at the Pepsi Florida Relays... Finished second with a time of 46.17 at the Weems Baskin Relays in the 400m. 

2023 Indoor: Placed fourth at the ACC Championships with a time of 46.75... Finished sixth in the 400m at Tiger Paw crossing the finish line at 45.97, ranked No. 1 U20 in the World... Clocked a school record time of 3:05.49 in the 4x400m relay at Tiger Paw... Clocked in first at the Hokie Invitational with a time of 46.50... Ran a personal-best 300m time of 33.33 at the Virginia Tech Invitational. 

High school: Earned six national championship titles... Ran a personal-best time 20.90 in the 200m at the 2022 MPSSAA 2A Outdoor State Championships achieving his 10th state championship in his career... Finished fourth in the 400m at the 2021 USATF National Junior Olympic Championships... Holds the Maryland indoor 400m record and 200m state meet record... Named Maryland Gatorade Player of the Year. 
 
Personal: Son of Judson Jr. and Dominique Lincoln … Has two brothers, Patrice Joseph and Judson III,  and one sister, Jamie Smith … Majoring in human nutrition, foods, and exercise.
