2022 Outdoor: Competed in the shot put at the NCAA East Prelims, registering a mark of 18.52m (60' 9.25") to finish 17th ... Finished fourth in the shot put at the ACC Championships with a throw of 18.78m (61' 7.5") to earn second team All-ACC honors ... Also at the ACC Championships finished in 11th in the discus with a heave of 50.35m (165' 2") ... Took fourth at the Desert Heat Classic with a throw of 18.52m (60' 9.25") in the shot put ... Recorded a lifetime best mark in the discus with a throw of 51.22m (168' 0") to place third at the Gamecock Invitational ... At the Florida Relays finished as runner-up in the shot put with a season-opening throw of 18.25m (59' 10.5").

2022 Indoor: Earned a fourth-place finish at the ACC Championships in the shot put with a throw of 18.96m (62' 2.5") to take home second team All-ACC honors ... Won the shot put competition at the Doc Hale Elite Meet with a throw of 18.74m (61' 5.75") ... Opened his season with a throw of 18.19m (59' 8.25") to place second in the shot put at the Virginia Tech Invitational.

2021 Outdoor: At the NCAA East Prelims finished in 13th with a throw of 18.63m (61' 1.5"), just one place off a qualifying spot to Eugene ... Became ACC champion in the shot put with a sixth-round throw of 19.75m (64' 9.75"), breaking the Virginia Tech record and claiming gold at the ACC Championships ... Took second in the shot put at the Virginia Challenge with a throw of 18.86m (61' 10.5") ... Set a new school record in the shot put at the Virginia Grand Prix with a throw of 19.21m (63' 0.25") to finish second ... Also at the Virginia Grand Prix set his new personal record in the discus with a throw of 50.97m (167' 3"). 

2021 Indoor: Won silver in the shot put at the ACC Championships with a throw of 18.75m (61' 6.25") ... Took fourth in the shot put with a throw of 18.59m (61' 0") at the Tiger Paw Invite ... Finished second at Doc Hale Elite Meet with a throw of 18.94m (62' 1.75") in the shot put ... Set a new indoor shot put personal best of 19.15m (62' 10") at the Hokie Invitational to finish second ... Won the shot put at the Virginia Tech Invitational with a throw of 18.85m (61' 10.25").

2020 Indoor: Placed fifth in the shot put at the ACC Championships with a toss of 17.57 meters (57 feet, 7.75 inches) … Had a toss of 18.26 meters (59 feet, 11 inches) to finish fourth in the shot put at the Don Kirby Elite Invitational … Had a toss of 18.67 meters (61 feet, 3 inches) to finish second in the shot put at the Doc Hale Elite meet ... Finished third in the shot put with a throw of 18.67 meters (61 feet, 3 inches) at the Hokie Invitational … Recorded a mark of 19.02 meters (62 feet, 5 inches) to finish third in the shot put at the Virginia Tech Invitational.

2019 Outdoor: Threw a mark of 18.21 meters (59 feet, 9 inches) in the shot put at the NCAA East Preliminary Rounds … Won bronze in the shot put at the ACC Outdoor Championships with a throw of 18.28 meters (59 feet, 11.75 inches) …  Also had a toss of 47.02 meters (154 feet, 3 inches) in the discus ... Won the shot put with a toss of 18.50 meters (60 feet, 8.5 inches) at the Virginia Grand Prix ... Placed seventh in the discus with a personal best mark of 48.40 meters (158 feet, 9 inches) at the Duke Invitational ... Threw 18.10 meters (59 feet, 4.75 inches) in the shot put and 48.04 meters (154 feet, 3 inches) in the discus at the Triton Invitational … Won the shot put at the Florida Relays with a toss of 18.36 meters (60 feet, 3 inches) ... 2019 Indoor: Finished fifth in the shot put at the ACC Championships, earning second-team All-ACC honors … His top toss of 17.69 meters (58 feet, 0.5 inch) came at the ACC Championships … Competed in the shot put in four meets during the indoor season, winning one of those and finishing second on another occasion … Won the shot put at the Virginia Tech Invitational with a top toss of 17.57 meters (57 feet, 7.75 inches).

High school: Competed in track and field and football all four years of high school at Desert Edge … Broke the state record in shot put four times … Won the Gatorade State Men's Athlete of the Year in Arizona … Won a state championship in football.
