2023 Outdoors: Competed at the NCAA East Prelims finishing 14th in the quarterfinals with a time of 1:50.44... Finished third in the 800m at the ACC Championships clocking a time of 1:48.18, set a personal-best time in the prelims (1:47.53)... Placed third at the Virginia High Performance in the mile stopping the clock at 3:59.96... Crossed the finish line first with a time of 1:48.18 in the 800m at the Mt. SAC Relays... Clocked a personal-best 1500m time of 3:45.18 at the Toms Alumni Invitational finishing first... Earned All-ACC Academic honors. 

2023 Indoors: Placed ninth in the 800m at the ACC Championships with a time of 1:49.90... Finished first with a personal-best time of 2:35.59 in the 1000m at the JDL DMR Invitational... Crossed the finish line first at the Doc Hale VT Meet in the 800m with a time of 1:50.30... Earned All-ACC Academic honors.
