2022 Outdoor: Ran the 110m hurdles in 14.37 to finish 12th at the UNF Invite ... Posted a lifetime best of 14.33 in the 110m hurdles to finish fifth at the Gamecock Invitational ... Finished fifth in the 110m hurdles with an all-conditions PR, running 14.08w at the Raleigh Relays. 

2022 Indoor: Ran a season's best in the 200m of 22.09 to finish seventh at the Virginia Tech Challenge ... Finished as runner up in the 60m hurdles at the Doc Hale Elite Meet with a time of 8.05 ... Earned a sixth-place finish in the 60m hurdles with a time of 8.08 at the Hokie Invitational ... Set a lifetime best in the 300m with a 35.25 and finished fourth in the 60m hurdles wit ha time of 8.07 at the Virginia Tech Invitational.

2021 Outdoor: Finished fourth in the 110m hurdles with a time of 14.40 at the Liberty Twilight Qualifier ... Won the 110m hurdles with a time of 14.51 at the Tennessee Challenge ... Took second at the Virginia Challenge with a 110m hurdles time of 14.35.

2021 Indoor: Posted a time of 8.10 in the 60m hurdles to place ninth in the prelims at the ACC Championships ... Finished fourth in the 60m hurdles with at time of 7.94 at the Tiger Paw Invite ... Set a PR in the 200m with a time of 22.07 to finish 10th at the Doc Hale Elite Meet ... Won the 60m hurdles at the Hokie Invitational with a time of 8.14 ... High School: Four-time letter winner… VA 5A State Champion in the indoors 55 hurdles and 4x200m relay… Helped his team win the 2017 Outdoor VA 5A Championship… Earned 5A All-State honors six times… In 2019 was Third-team All American in the 110 hurdles.
