Placed fifth in the 3000m steeplechase at the ACC Championships to earn second team All-ACC with his time of 8:41.58 ... 2022 Indoor: Placed eighth in the mile at the ACC Championships with a time of 4:05.52 ... Ran the mile in 4:03.43 to finish eighth at the Darius Dixon Memorial ... Recorded an eighth place finish at the Camel City Invite with a time of 4:05.29 ... Finished seventh in the 1000m at the Hokie Invitational with his time of 2:24.59 ... Returned to action with a winning time of 2:26.69 in the 1000m at the Virginia Tech Invitational.

2021 Outdoor: Did not compete.

2021 Indoor: Ran a school record mile of 3:58.34 to finish 11th in the mile prelims and posted a time of 7:59.74 in the 3,000m to finish 14th at the NCAA Championships ... Ran the 1,600m leg on the gold medal winning DMR team and won silver with a time of 7:56.88 in the 3,000m at the ACC Championships ...
