2022 Outdoor: Did not compete, became student throws assistant.

2022 Indoor: Won silver at the ACC Championships in the weight throw with a lifetime best effort of 22.12m (72' 7") and moved into No. 5 all-time at Virginia Tech ... Earned second team All-American honors at the NCAA Championships with a throw of 20.35m (66' 9.25") to finish in 16th ... Finished as runner-up in the weight throw with a mark of 20.83m (68' 4.25") at the Doc Hale Elite Meet ... Won the weight throw at the VMI Winter Relays with a throw of 21.07m (69' 1.5") ... Took third at the Hokie Invitational with a mark of 20.35m (66' 9.25") in the weight throw.

2021 Outdoor: Finished fifth in the hammer with a throw of 71.08m (233' 2") at the NCAA Championships to earn first team All-American honors ... Won gold at the ACC Championships with a hammer throw of 70.46m (231' 2") ... Won the hammer competition at the Virginia Grand Prix with a mark of 68.42m (224' 6") ... Placed second in the hammer with a throw of 67.20m (220' 6") at the Virginia Challenge.

2021 Indoor: Placed 10th in the weight throw with a mark of 19.04m (62' 5.75") at the ACC Championships ... Took fourth at the Tiger Paw Invite with a weight throw of 19.94m (65' 5") ... Posted a mark of 19.10m (62' 8") to finish fourth in the weight throw at the Doc Hale Elite Meet. 

2020 Indoor: Placed fourth in the weight throw at the ACC Championships with a personal best toss of 20.07 meters (65 feet,10.25 inches) … Placed fifth in weight throw with a mark of 18.68 meters (61 feet, 3.5 inches) at the Don Kirby Elite Invitational … Finished fifth in weight throw with a toss of 19.80 meters (64 feet, 11.5 inches) at the Hokie Invitational … Threw 19.58 meters (64 feet, 3 inches) to finish third in the weight throw at the Virginia Tech Invitational.

UMBC: Was the 2016 Outdoor and the 2019 Indoor American East Conference champion in the hammer throw ... Finished 19^th at both the 2019 indoor and outdoor National Championships.
 
High School: Was coached under Ioannis Christoglou … Finished seventh in the hammer throw at the 2014 Youth Olympic Games.
