2021 Outdoor: Delivered a time of 55.69 in the 400m prelims and a time of 24.23 in the 200m prelims at the ACC Championships ... Also ran as part of the 4x100m relay team that finished fifth with a time of 45.51 at the ACC Championships ... Ran as a member of two relay teams at the Liberty Twilight Qualifier, winning with the 4x100m squad with a time of 45.96 and winning with the 4x400m squad with a time of 3:48.82 ... Posted a time of 23.73 in the 200m to finish 12th at the Pepsi Florida Relays, and posted a time of 54.47 in the 400m to finish 18th.

2021 Indoor: Won gold in the 400m at the ACC Championships with a time of 53.32 and finished in seventh with a time of 24.15 in the 200m ... Also finished seventh as part of the 4x400m relay team at the ACC Championships ... Took second in the 400m with a time of 52.95 at the Tiger Paw Invite ... 2018 Outdoor: Ran on the 4x100-meter relay team that was two spots away from making it to Eugene, despite running the 11th-fastest time (44.62) at the NCAA East Preliminary Rounds ... Also ran the anchor leg on the 4x400-meter relay team that posted a time of 3:37.57 ... Clocked a time of 11.80 in the 100-meter dash at the ACC Outdoor Championships ... Recorded a time of 24.11 in the 200-meter dash ... Was a member of the 4x100-meter relay team that finished fourth with a time of 44.69 ...
