Set a lifetime best in the 1500m with a time of 4:13.27 to finish sixth at the ACC Championships ... Finished fifth in the 800m with a PR of 2:06.01 at the Virginia Challenge ... Delivered a PR of 16:02.37 in the 5,000m to finish 13th at the Raleigh Relays.

2020 Indoor: Won gold in the mile with a time of 4:37.11 and won silver as a member of the distance medley team that earned a time of 11:08.41 at the ACC Championships … Was a member of the distance medley team that finished second with a time of 11:10.18 at the JDL DMR Invitational … Placed second in the 3,000 at the Iowa State Classic, finishing with a time of 9:15.07 … Ran in the mile race and finished fourth with a time of 4:36.99 at the Camel City Invitational … Won the 1000 with a personal best time of 2:44.68 at the Hokie Invitational … Ran in the 1000-meter dash and finished third with a time of 2:49.25 at the Virginia Tech Invitational.
