2021 Outdoor: Qualified for the NCAA Championships with a time of 45.65 in the 400m and as part of the 4x400m relay team that ran 3:07.15 at the NCAA East Prelims ... Won gold in the 400m with a time of 45.14 and won gold in the 4x400m relay that ran 3:06.46 at the ACC Championships ... Finished fourth in the 200m with a time of 20.57 and finished fourth as part of the 4x100m relay team that ran 39.61 at the ACC Championships ... Placed second in the 200m with a time of 21.00 at the Virginia Challenge ... Ran a school record time of 44.81 in the 400m to finish second at the Pepsi Florida Relays.

2021 Indoor: Won bronze in the 400m with a time of 45.14 at the NCAA Championships ... Won gold in the 200m with a time of 20.62 and won gold in the 400m with a time of 45.38 at the ACC Championships ... Finished second at the Tiger Paw Invite with a time of 45.24 in the 400m ... Took first in the 400m with a time of 45.83 at the Doc Hale Elite Meet ... Ran as part of the 4x400m relay team that posted a time of 3:08.96 and finished first at the Hokie Invitational ... Won the 300m at the Virginia Tech Invitational with a time of 32.61.

2019 Outdoor: Punched a ticket to Austin with a time of 45.46 in the 400-meter dash at the NCAA East Preliminary Rounds and was a member of the 4x100 team that broke the school record with their time of 39.24 ... Won gold in the 400-meter dash with a time of 45.60 and won silver in the 200-meter dash with a time of 20.57 at the ACC Outdoor Championships … Was also on the 4x100 relay team that finished second with a time of 39.46 and the 4x400 relay team that turned in a time of 3:13.49 to place fourth … Tallied a time of 46.09 to finish first in the 400 meters and at the War Eagle Invitational … Was also a member of the 4x100 team that ran 39.68 … Finished first in the 200 at the Tennessee Relays with a time of 20.67 … Was a member of the 4x100 team that finished fourth with a time of 39.99 … Clocked a time of 45.76 to take first in the 400 at the Florida Relays and was a member of the 4x100 team the finished with a time of 40.62 and ran on the 4x400 team that tallied a time of 3:11.41 at the Florida Relays.
 
2019 Indoor: Won gold at the ACC Indoor Championships with a time of 46.04 and was a member of the 4x400 team that placed fifth with a time of 3:12.77… Won the 400 at the Doc Hale Elite Meet with a time of 46.14 … Clocked a time of 20.84 in the 200 as he took first place at the Bob Pollock Invitational …  In his first collegiate meet he broke the 300 meter U-20 world record with his time of 32.49 … Was also a member of the 4x400 team that came in second with a time of 3:12.50.

High school: Competed in track and field for four years and earned one letter at Dreher High under Steven Moore … Earned all-district, all-region, and all-state honors … Held the fastest 200-meter dash time in South Carolina … School record holder in the 100, 200 and 400-meter dash … Also school record holder in the long jump and triple jump … Played basketball for two years and earned varsity letter one year.
