Performance also earned her All-American honors for the second time in her career ... Just the fourth woman in school history to earn All-American recognition in cross country, and the first to do so since 2003 ...Was an All-NCAA Southeast region performer for third consecutive season with a season-best 6k time of 20:05.05, which placed third ... 2007 Outdoor: Won 1,500-meter race at the Vanderbilt Invitational with a school-record time of 4:17.79 ... Finished 15th in the 1,500-meter run (4:20.93) at the NCAA Championships ... Member of distance medley relay team that set a new school record by more than 24 seconds at the Sea Ray Relays (11:30.01) .. 2007 Indoor: Member of All-American distance medley that finished fourth in the NCAA Championships with an 11:10.84 performance ... The distance medley relay was runner-up at the ACC Championships, combining for a time of 11:26.25 ... Fourth-place finisher in the 3,000-meter race at the ACC Championships with a time of 9:27.50 ... Awarded ACC Indoor Track and Field Performer of the Week (Feb. 19) after winning the mile at the VT Challenge in a time of 4:40.66 ... Runner-up in the 3,000-meter race at the Sykes-Sabok Challenge Cup with a personal-record time of 9:26.18.

2006 Cross Country: Led Tech to an 18th place finish at the national championships with an individual finish of 77th, taking 61st in team scoring with a time of 21:55 ... Earned NCAA All-Southeast region honors for the second straight year after finishing 18th in 21:10 ... Claimed 42nd at the ACC Championships in 22:48 ... Took 50th at the Chile Pepper Invite in 21:49, and ninth at the William & Mary Inter-Regional in 22:19 ... Turned in the second individual time of 17:04 at the 5k Wake Forest Relays while pairing with Kelly Clark to finish as the top team, and earned ACC Performer of the Week honors for her efforts ... Was named to both the All-ACC Academic Team and the USTFCCCA NCAA Division I All-Academic Team.

2006 Outdoor: Placed 13th at the NCAA East Region meet in the 1,500m with a time of 4:28.09 ... Recorded a regional qualifying mark in the 1,500m after finishing in a personal-best time of 4:24.69 for third at the Georgia Tech Invitational ... The time is the third fastest in school history ... Placed seventh at the Florida State Relays in the 1,500m with a time of 4:39.35 ... Set a then-personal-best with her time of 4:31.72 at the Duke Invitational in the 1,500m ... Placed 32nd in the 800m at the Duke Invitational with a time of 2:15.09 ... Finished fifth in the 3,000m with a time of 9:56.91 at the Lou Onesty Invitational ... Finished eighth in the 5,000m at the ACC Championships with a time of 16:51.94, qualifying for the NCAA regional meet ... Was 13th in the 1,500m at the meet ... 2006 Indoor: Was on the second-place 4x800m relay team at the Virginia Tech Invitational with a time of 9:18.81 ... Was on the first-place distance-medley relay team with a time of 11:43.23 at the Penn State Invitational ... The time is the third fastest in school history ... Finished 18th in the 800m at the Penn State Invitational with a time of 2:16.18 ... Was on the fourth-place distance medley relay team at the ACC Championships ... 2005 Cross Country: Earned all-region honors at the NCAA Southeast Regional Championships for her 22nd-place performance with a time of 21:05.7 ... In her first collegiate race, won the VT Alumni Meet with a time of 17:12.91 ... Won the 5k Mountaineer Open in 18:03.98 ... Was the top Tech runner at the Penn State Invitational, finishing the 6k course in 22:10, earning 42nd place ... Finished 19th at the ACC Championships with a time of 20:17.2.

High School: Voted team captain and MVP in 2004 ... A four-time all-state cross country runner ... Led the cross country team to three AA Virginia state titles and the track team to three AA state championships ... Was the 2004 Jefferson District and Region II cross country champion ...
