Ran a season-best 5,000 meters time of 14:59.51 to place third in the event at the Raleigh Relays ... At the Duke Invitational, finished in 23rd place in the 3,000 meters with 8:41.44 and clocked a 4:03.71 in the 1,500 meters to place 35th.

2005 Indoor: Clocked 15:13.48 in the 5,000 meters to place 23rd at the ACC Championships ... Had a 3,000 meter time of 8:47.63 to take 30th place at the Virginia Tech Challenge ... Finished in 12th place in the mile with 4:26.57 and ran the 800 meters in 2:04.87 to place 23rd at Tech's Last Chance meet.

High School: Four-year letterwinner in cross country and track under Coach David Noyes at Quaker Valley High School ... Two-time team captain for cross country ... WPIAL District individual champion in 2003 and a member of the three-time WPIAL championship team (2000, 2001 and 2002) ... Also a three-time state medalist ... WPIAL District individual champion in the 3,200 meters in 2003 ... Three-time WPIAL runner up in the 3,200m ... Sixth-place PIAA state medalist ... Holds the school record in the 3,200m.
