Had an 800m season-best time of 2:18.39 to take seventh place in the race at the Lions' Invitational ... Placed seventh in the 1,500m with a season-best time of 4:43.93 at the Duke Invitational ... Ran the 800m in three meets and ran the 1,500m at four meets during the season.

2005 Indoor: Did not compete.

2004 Outdoor: Competed in the 1,500 and 3,000 meters and the 4x1,500m relay ... Took fifth place in the 1,500m with a time of 4:53.06 at the Tech Invitational ... Clocked 10:27.17 in the 3,000m at the Tar Heel Opener ... Was a member of the 4x1,500m relay team that set the school record in a time of 18:36.43 (3rd) at the SeaRay Relays ... Named BIG EAST Academic All-Star.

2004 Indoor: Set season bests in the 800m and the mile at the Rod McCravy Memorial meet ... Had a season-best 1,000m time of 3:03.11 at the Virginia Tech Invitational.

High School: A four-year letterwinner in track and cross country for Coach Jeremy Workman at James W. Robinson High School ... A three-time all-state performer in the 1,600m ... Won four state championships as a member of the 4x800m relay team ... Twice named a Nike All-American in the 4x800 meter relay ... Received Washington Post all-Metro honors ... Two-time all-state honoree in cross country ... Team won the state AAA cross country championship in 2001.
