Led Salina Central High School to the 2002 state track & field title by winning four individual events ?- the 100m hurdles, javelin, triple jump and long jump - becoming the 12th woman in state history to accomplish the feat ... Also won the javelin at the Adidas Scholastic National Championships in Raleigh, N.C. ... Was fifth at the USA Junior Championships in Palo Alto, Calif. ... Was also a standout volleyball player at Salina Central.
