2024 Outdoor: Recorded a personal-best 800m time of 1:54.49 at the Virginia High Performance finishing eighth... Competed at the Wake Forest Invitational in the 1500m clocking in at 3:51.50. 

2024 Indoor: Placed 13th in the mile at the Virginia Tech Challenge with a time of 4:20.37... Competed in the mile at the Doc Hale VT Meet finishing with a time of 4:17.50... Finished the 1000m with a time of 2:28.69 at the Hokie Invitational. 

2023 Outdoor: Finished 10th in the 3000m steeplechase at the Virginia Challenge with a time of 9:32.26... Recorded a personal-best time of 3:51.36 in the 1500m at the Mt. SAC Relays... Placed fourth in the 3000m steeple at Vertklasse clocking in at 9:21.49... Finished sixth in the 5000m at the Jack Toms Alumni Invitational with a personal-best time of 15:00.74.  

2023 Indoor: Ran a personal-best time of 8:16.75 in the 3000m at the ACC Championships... Finished second in the 1000m at the JDL DMR Invitational with a time of 2:35.68... Placed fourth at the Doc Hale VT Meet in the mile clocking in a time of 4:07.87... Recorded a personal-best 1000m time of 2:28.38 at the Hokie Invitational. 

2022 Outdoor: Did not compete.

High School: Won second team All-American honors in the mile at Adidas Indoor Nationals ... Holds the eighth fastest 1600m in Howard County history ... Earned National Honor Society honors during high school.
