2024 Indoor: Ran a personal-best time of 2:20.55 in the 1000m at the Hokie Invitational. 

2023 Outdoor: Finished 13th in the 1500m at the NCAA East Prelims with a time of 3:49.79... Placed fifth at the ACC Championships clocking in a time of 3:41.40 in the 1500m... Finished first in the 800m with a personal-best time of 1:48.63 at the Virginia High Performance... Placed third at the Virginia Challenge in the 1500m with a time of 3:39.66... Claimed first in the 1500m at the Mt. SAC Relays with a time of 3:42.83... Clocked a personal-best 5000m time of 14:20.6 at Vertklasse finishing third. 

2023 Indoor: Placed sixth in the mile at the ACC Championships with a season-best time of 4:01.95... Finished first at the JDL DMR Invitational with a time of 9:38.34... Ran a personal-best mile at the David Hemery Valentine Invite 3:57.76... Placed second at the Doc Hale VT Meet stopping the clock at 1:51.38... Posted a personal-best 1000m time of 2:23.46 finishing first at the Virginia Tech Invitational.  

2022 Outdoor: Finished in 17th at the ACC Championships in the 1500m with a time of 3:49.73 ... Ran a season-best in the 800m at the Liberty Twilight Qualifier with a time of 1:51.40 to finish in fourth ... Posted a time of 3:46.01 for a new 1500m PR and a fifth-place finish at the Virginia Grand Prix ... Ran the anchor leg on the winning 4x1500m relay team that ran 14:36.55 at the Tennessee Relays, the No. 4 time in school history ... Set a new PR in the 5000m for his Virginia Tech debut with a time of 14:33.62 at the Raleigh Relays.
