2024 Outdoor: Placed second in the 5000m with a time of 14:47.68 at the Hill City Twilight... Recorded a personal-best 1500m time of 3:51.14 at the Virginia High Performance... Placed 20th in the 3000m steeplechase at the Wake Forest Invitational with a personal-best time of 9:29.07... Finished fourth in the 10,000m with a time of 30:40.69 at the Colonial Relays. 

2024 Indoor: Finished ninth in the 3000m at the Virginia Tech Challenge with a personal-best time of 8:24.00... Recorded a personal-best time of 4:17.46 in the mile at the Hokie Invitational. 

2023 Outdoor: Ran a personal-best 1500m time of 3:52.20 at the Liberty Twilight Qualifier... Placed 11th at the Virginia Challenge in the 3000m Steeplechase with a personal-best time of 9:34.43... Finished fourth at Vertklasse meet in the 5000m with a personal-best time of 14:30.41. 

2023 Indoor:  Did not compete. 

High School: 2022 VHSL 4A outdoor state champion in the 3200m and 4x800m relay... Placed second in the 1600m and 4x800m relay at the 2022 indoor state championships... Finished first at the 2021 indoor state championships in the 4x800m relay
