2022 Outdoor: Finished sixth in the decathlon at the ACC Championships to earn second team All-ACC despite a foul in discus ... Finished top five in eight of 10 decathlon events and top three in five of 10 events ... Set lifetime bests in the long jump, shot put, 110m hurdles, and javelin at the ACC Championships ... Recorded a lifetime best of 49.69 over 400m at the Virginia Challenge ... Finished sixth in the decathlon at the Tennessee Relays with a point total of 7,103 ... Cleared a PR height of 4.56m (14' 11.5") in the pole vault at the Bill Carson Invite.

2022 Indoor: Competed in the heptathlon at the ACC Championships, finishing top six in four of the seven events ... Recorded a PR in the 60m hurdles of 8.44 seconds.

2021 Outdoor: Broke the school record in the decathlon with 7,112 points at the Virginia Challenge to finish second and become the first Hokie over 7,000 points ... Set a discus PR of 35.39m (116' 1") at the Liberty Twilight Qualifier ... At the Torrin Lawrence Memorial set outdoor bests of 15.26 in the 110m hurdles and 6.70m (21' 11.75") in the long jump ... Posted outdoor career records of 4:49.30 in the 1,500m and 4.15m (13' 7.25") in the pole vault at the Virginia Challenge ... Delivered a throw of 13.66m (44' 9.75") for an outdoor best in the shot put.

2021 Indoor: Won bronze in the heptathlon at the ACC Championships with a school-record 5,350 points ... Set indoor bests in five of the seven events (1,000m, 60m, high jump, 60m hurdles, and pole vault at the ACC Championships ... Posted a new PR in the shot put of 14.20m (46' 7.25") at the Virginia Tech Challenge ... Delivered a score of 4,965 points in the heptathlon to finish sixth at the Hokie Invitational.

2020 Indoor: Did not compete.

2019 Outdoor: Won bronze in the decathlon at the ACC Championships with 6,588 points … Ran a time of 11.51 in the 100 and 16.17 in the 110 hurdles … Clocked a time of 50.74 in the 400 and a time of 4:52.43 in the 1,500 meters … Jumped a height of 2.02 meters (6 feet, 7.5 inches) in the high jump, 6.52 meters (21 feet, 4.75 inches) in the long jump and 3.70 meters (12 feet, 1.5 inches) in the pole vault … Threw a distance of 12.21 meters (40 feet, 0.75 inches) in the shot put, 28.08 meters (92 feet, 1 inch) in the discus and 53.06 meters (174 feet, 1 inches) in the javelin throw … Clocked a time of 16.15  in the 110 hurdles and threw 28.54 meters (93 feet, 8 inches) in the discus and 42.59 meters (139 feet, 9 inches) in the javelin throw at the Lyles/Wood Invitational … Leaped 1.90 meters (6 feet, 2.75 inches) in the high jump and threw 12.15 meters (39 feet, 10.5 inches) in the shot put at the War Eagle Invitational … Threw a mark of  11.92 meters (39 feet, 1.25 inches) in the shot put and a toss of 21.94 meters (72 feet, 0 inches) in the discus at the Winthrop Invitational.
 
2019 Indoor: Finished fifth in the pole vault at the Virginia Tech Challenge with a leap of 3.65 meters (11 feet, 11.75 inches) … Turned in a time of 8.67 in the 60 hurdles and a mark of 1.95 meters (6 feet, 4.75 inches) at the Tiger Paw Invitational … Placed sixth in the shot put with a throw of 12.12 meters (39 feet, 9.25 inches) … Took seventh in the heptathlon at the Bob Pollock Invitational with 4,685 points … Ran a time of 7.33 in the 60 and 8.80 in the 60 hurdles … Clocked a time of 2:49.74 in the 1,000 … Jumped a height of 1.95 meters (6 feet, 4.75 inches) in the high jump,  6.17 meters (20 feet, 3 inches) in the long jump and 3.30 meters (10 feet, 10 inches) in the pole vault … Threw 10.97 meters (36 feet, 0 inches) … Leaped 1.96 meters (6 feet, 5 inches) in the high jump to finish seventh and tallied a mark of 6.64 meters (21 feet, 9.5 inches) in the long jump at the Hokie Invitational … Tallied times of 7.37 in the 60 and 8.93 in the 60 hurdles at the Virginia Tech Invitational … Also leaped 1.91 meters (6 feet, 3.25 inches) in the high jump.

High school: Earned three varsity letters in indoor and outdoor track and field at Woodgrove High …  Was seven-time all-state honoree … Personal bests were 50.1 in the 400-meter, 1:59 in the 800-meter, 6’6” in the high jump, and 42 ft. in shot put … Earned Student Athlete Award.
