2024 Outdoor: Recorded a personal-best 200m time of 22.08 at the East Coast Relays, finished first in the 4x400m at 3:05.93... Clocked 48.11 in the 400m at the Florida Relays.

2024 Indoor: Competed in the 400m at the ACC Championships clocking in a time of 48.21... Placed fourth in the 4x400m with a time of 3:06.82 at the Tyson Invitational... Finished 10th in the 200m recording a time of 22.23 at the Hokie Invitational... Clocked a personal-best 60m time of 6.84 at the Virginia Tech Invitational, placed third in the 500m with a time of 1:04.46. 

2023 Outdoor: Recorded a personal-best 400m time of 47.99 at the ACC Championships... Finished third at the Liberty Twilight Qualifier in the 400m with a time of 48.45... Ran a season-best 200m time of 22.12 at the East Coast Relays... Competed in the 400m at the Mt. SAC Relays clocking in at 48.30... Clocked a school-record time in the 4x400m relay at the Florida Relays of 3:06.39. 

2023 Indoor: Finished 18th at the ACC Championships in the 400m with a time of 48.65... Placed fourth in the 400m at the Virginia Tech Challenge clocking in at 48.67... Ran a time of 49.04 in the 400m at the Lenny Lyles Invitational... Finished third in the 4x400m relay at the Hokie Invitational with a time of 3:17.72... Clocked a personal-best 300m time of  34.83 at the Virginia Tech Invitational. 

High School: Placed first in the 400m at the 2022 Outdoor Regionals ... Finished first at districts in the 4x400m relay ... Claimed third in the 500m at the 2022 state indoor championships... Placed second in the 400m, 4x100m relay, and 4x400m relay at 2021 outdoor districts.
