2022 Outdoor: Finished in 22nd in the 800m at the ACC Championships with a time of 2:11.45 ... Punched a lifetime best of 2:07.87 in the 800m to finish in third at the Virginia Grand Prix ... Ran a career best in the 1500m with a time of 4:34.75 at the Tennessee Relays ... Placed second as a member of the distance medley relay team that went 11:41.02 at the Tennessee Relays.

2022 Indoor: Ran the 800m in 2:10.01 to finish third at the Virginia Tech Challenge … Recorded a time of 2:10.37 in the 800m to finish fourth at the Doc Hale VT Elite Meet … Finished with a lifetime best mark of 2:53.30 in the 1000m at the Virginia Tech Invitational.
