2007 Cross Country: Helped the Hokies win the team title by registering a season-best performance at the Lenoir-Rhyne Invitational, with a season-high finish of seventh in the 5k race at a time of 20:04 ... Placed 36th at the William & Mary Inter-Regional, crossing the finish line in 23:23 ... Tech's fifth finisher at the Chile Pepper Invitational, with a 79th-place performance after completing 6k in 22:49.

2007 Outdoor: Ran 18:18.58 in 5,000-meter race at the Duke Invitational ... Recorded a personal record in the 3,000-meter race with a 10:18.51 time at the Sea Ray Relays.

2007 Indoor: Ran personal record of 17:52.22 in the 5,000 meters to take sixth place at Penn State's Sykes-Sabok Challenge Cup ...Crossed the finish of the 5,000-meter race in 18:10.37 at the ACC Championships to earn 23rd place ... Finished in ninth place of the 3,000-meter race at 10:31.10 ... Led off fifth-place distance medley relay at the VT Challenge.
