2007 Cross Country: Had three top-10 finishes ... Placed third at the Hokie Open with a 5k time of 15:18 ... Finished ninth at a pair of meets: VT Invite (5k in 15:19) and Lenoir-Rhyne Invite (5k in 20:19) ... Earned 52nd place at the William & Mary Inter-Regional with a 6k time of 23:57 ... Took 80th at the ACC Championships, completing 6k in 24:32.

High School: Earned all-state honorable mention as well as team MVP, all-county, All-Metro recognition ... Finished fifth at the regional meet and qualified for state ... Placed eighth at state meet ... Won Team Coaches Award twice ... Received team's Most Dedicated Award during sophomore year ... Also played basketball, soccer and participated in two seasons of track & field ... Scholar-Athlete in each season throughout career ... Graduated with honors and was a member of the Senior Beta Club.
