2024 Indoors : Earned First Team All-American honors finishing seventh in the 800m at the NCAA Indoor Track and Field Championships… Won the 800m at the ACC Championships with a season-best time of 2:03.86… Set the school record in the DMR with a time of 10:52.51 at the Boston DMR Challenge… Finished first in the 800m at the Music City Challenge stopping the clock at 2:02.86… Broke the 1000m school record at the Hokie Invitational finishing second with a time 2:41.00.

2023 Outdoor:  Earned Honorable Mention All-American honors in 800m finishing 17th at the NCAA Championships (2:04.04)... Placed fourth at the NCAA East Prelims clocking in at 2:03.87... Claimed silver in the 800m at the ACC Championships crossing the finish line at 2:02.20. Competed in two events at the Virginia High Performance finishing second in both the 400m (55.42) and 1500m (4:26.97)... Clocked a personal-best 1500m time of 4:14.12 at the Virginia Challenge finishing first... Won the Vertklasse meet with a time of 4:18.59 in the 1500m... Named to the USTFCCCA All-Academic Team. 

2023 Indoor: Earned second team All-American honors in the mile at the NCAA Championships finishing 10th with a time of 4:45.65... Placed fourth at the ACC Championships in the 800m clocking in at 2:04.31, fifth in the distance medley relay (11:02.93)... Clocked a school record time of 4:31.41 in the mile at the David Hemery Valentine Invite... Finished first at the Hokie Invitational with a personal-best 1000m time of 2:42.32... Set a personal-best time of 9:27.05 in the 3000m finishing second at the Virginia Tech Invitational... Named to the All-ACC Academic Team... Earned VaSID first team All-State honors in mid-distance. 

2022 Outdoor: Did not compete due to injury.

2022 Indoor: Became NCAA champion in the 800m with a winning time of 2:01.37, breaking the facility record at Birmingham CrossPlex ... Named ACC Women's Track Performer of the Year and ACC Women's Scholar Athlete of the Year ... Repeated as ACC champion in the 800m with a lifetime best and school record time of 2:01.23, the second-fastest indoor 800m in ACC history ... Anchored the ACC title-winning distance medley relay with a mile split of 4:29.89, helping break the Rector Field House record and ACC Indoor Championships record ... Anchored the winning distance medley relay that ran 11:00.20 at the JDL DMR Invitational ... Finished as the top collegian in the Camel City Invite 800m, running 2:05.03 ... Set a lifetime best of 1:28.89 in the 600m to finish second at the Hokie Invitational ... Won the 1000m at the Virginia Tech Invitational with a PR of 2:43.66.

2021 Outdoor: Finished with first team All-American honors at the NCAA Championships with a run of 2:02.83 to place sixth in the 800m ... Earned a silver medal at the ACC Championships with a lifetime best 800m of 2:01.32 ... Won the 1,500m at the Liberty Twilight Qualifier in a PR time of 4:14.43 ... Delivered a second-place performance of 4:17.63 in the 1,500m at the Virginia Grand Prix ... At the Virginia Challenge finished third in the 800m with a time of 2:04.59 and took fourth in the 400m with a PR time of 54.90.

2021 Indoor: Earned first team All-American honors by finishing fourth in the 800m with a time of 2:02.15 at the NCAA Championships ... Took gold at the ACC Championships with an indoor PR of 2:01.96 in the 800m ... Ran the 1,600m anchor leg of the DMR team that ran 11:11.78 and finished first at the Camel City Invite ... Set a career best in the mile by winning with a time of 4:40.35 at the Tiger Paw Invite ... Won the 800m at the Doc Hale Elite Meet with a time of 2:04.00 ... Finished first in the 600m with a PR time of 1:30.94 at the Hokie Invitational ... At the Virginia Tech Invitational set a new PR in the 1,000m of 2:46.64 to place first.

2020 Indoor: Placed fifth in the 800 meters at the ACC Indoor Championships .. Was a member of the DMR team that finished second at the JDL DMR Invitational… Was part of the 4x400 team that finished 10th with a time of 3:58.05 and ran in the mile race, finishing 10th with a personal best of 4:47.05 at the Iowa State Classic … Ran in the 800-meter dash and finished 6th with a personal best of 2:07.78 at the Camel City Invitational.

High school: Finished 27^th at the New York State Public High School Athletic Association (NYSPHSAA) state cross country meet as a senior – her first state cross country meet … Won the NYSPHSAA state championship in the 800 during the outdoor season as a senior with a time of 2:06.88 – a school record … Won the NYSPHSAA state title in the 600 during the indoor season with a time of 1:30.00 … Also was part of the 4x800-meter relay team that captured a bronze medal at that same meet with a time of 9:18.85 … Finished second in the 800 at the New York state outdoor meet as a junior with a time of 2:10.17 … Qualified for the New York state championships in the 55- and 300-meter hurdles as a sophomore and junior … Placed 10^th in the 400-meter hurdles at the New Balance Nationals following her junior season (62.10).
