2024 Outdoor: Placed 13th at the NCAA Championships in the 4x400m relay with a time of 3:05.80... Competed in the 400m, 4x100m, and 4x400m at the East Prelims... Finished first with a time of 3:03.35 in the 4x400m relay competing at the ACC Championships, fourth in the 400m (45.95)... Placed fifth in the 400m at the East Coast Relays stopping the clock at 46.56... Broke the school record in the 4x400m relay at the Florida Relays with a time of 3:01.62. 

2024 Indoor: Claimed gold in the 4x400m relay at the ACC Championships clocking in at 3:06.00, 10th in the 400m (47.49)... Recorded a time of 21.20 in the 200m at the Doc Hale VT Meet... Placed third in the 300m with a time of 33.84 at the Virginia Tech Invitational. 

2023 Outdoor: Competed in the 200m and 400m at the ACC Championships... Placed first in the 4x100m relay with a time of 39.19 at the East Coast Relays, finished eighth in the 200m (20.80)... Placed seventh at the Florida Relays in the 200m with a time of 20.74, ninth in the 400m (46.57)... Finished third at the Weems Baskin Relays in the 400m clocking in at 47.42. 

2023 Indoor: Claimed bronze at the ACC Championships in the 400m with a time of 46.48... Placed first in the distance medley relay at the JDL DMR Invitational with a time of 9:38.34... Recorded a school-record time of 3:05.49 in the 4x400m at the Tiger Paw Invite, ran a season-best time of 46.29 in the 400m... Finished first in the 4x400m relay at the Lenny Lyles Invitational stopping the clock at 3:09.89... Ran a personal-best 300m time of 33.05 at the Virginia Tech Invitational. 

2022 Outdoor: Earned second team All-American honors as part of the 4x100m relay team that finished 10th with a time of 38.99 seconds at the NCAA Championships ... Competed in the 400m and 4x100m at the NCAA East Preliminary Round, running 38.78 seconds with the 4x100m relay and 46.33 in the 400m ... Won gold at the ACC Championships as part of the 4x100m team that ran 38.69 ... Finished in sixth to earn second team All-ACC in the 200m with a time of 20.95 ... As a member of the 4x100m team, broke the school record three times this year and ran under 39 seconds three times ... Set a new lifetime best and Virginia Tech all-time No. 2 in the 400m, running 45.87 at the Liberty Twilight Qualifier to break Liberty's facility record ... Posted a lifetime best in the 200m of 20.50 at the Gamecock Invitational to finish in second and move to No. 4 all-time at Virginia Tech.

2022 Indoor: Earned second team All-ACC with a sixth-place finish in the 400m at the ACC Championships, running 47.16 ... Finished seventh in the 200m at the ACC Championships with a time of 21.38 ... Ran an indoor career best of 20.88 in the 200m at the Tiger Paw Invite to place 10th ... Won the 400m at the Doc Hale Elite Meet with an indoor PR of 46.83 ... Punched a 60m PR of 6.86 at the Hokie Invitational to finish in sixth ... Placed first as part of the 4x400m team that ran 3:09.41 at the Hokie Invitational ... Set a career best at 300m with a time of 33.93 to finish fourth at the Virginia Tech Invitational ... All-time Virginia Tech indoor ranks: No. 2 in the 200m, No. 7 in the 300m, No. 2 in the 400m.

High School: Broke the 200 meters record (20.60) at Desoto and was part of a record-breaking 4x400 (3:11.10) … his 200m time ranked fifth in the country … seven-time USATF All-American who finished third in Texas as a junior in the 200m … ran on all three relays, which were nationally ranked … qualified for AAU nationals in the 200m as a freshman … personal best of 47.56 in the 400m.
