2024 Indoor: Placed sixth in shot put at the ACC Championships with a mark of 15.69m (51' 5.75")... Finished first in shot put at the Virginia Tech Challenge putting 16.26m (53' 4.25")... Placed fifth at the Doc Hale VT Meet with a mark of 15.17m (49' 9.25")... Finished second putting 15.63m (51' 3.5") at the Virginia Tech Invitational. 

2023 Outdoor : Competed at the NCAA East Prelims putting a season-best 15.95m (52' 4")... Finished 13th at the ACC Championships with a distance of 15.42m (50' 7.25") in shot put... Competed at the Florida Relays putting 15.46m (50' 8.75")... Finished second in shot put with a mark of 15.59m (51' 1.75") at the Raleigh Relays. 

2023 Indoor: Placed second at the Virginia Tech Invitational putting 16.28m (53' 5") in shot put... Finished third at the Music City Challenge with a mark of 15.53m (50' 11.5"). 

2022 at Bowling Green: Finalist at the 2022 Outdoor Mid-American Championships finishing sixth in shot put with a distance of 15.23m ...  Recorded a personal-best distance of 43.61m at the 2022 Len Paddock Open in discus ... Placed second in shot put at the  2022 Doug Raymond National Qualifier with a personal-best put of 16.28m ... Finished sixth at the 2020 MAC Indoor Championships in shot put... USA U20 qualifier in 2019... Earned Academic All-MAC honors graduating with a 3.6 gpa. 

High School : 2018 Ohio state champion in discus.
