2024 Outdoor: Recorded a time of 2:07.33 in the 800m at the ACC Outdoor Track and Field Championships... Clocked a personal-best time of 1:00.73 in the 400m at the Virginia High Performance. 

2024 Indoor: Competed in the 800m at the ACC Indoor Track & Field Championship clocking in a time 2:08.47… Ran at the Music City Challenge recording a personal-best time in the 600m at 1:32.45 placing third, finishing fourth in the 800m (2:04.97)... Placed fourth in the 1000m at the Hokie Invitational clocking in a time of 2:45.54.

2023 Outdoor: Placed fifth at the Vertklasse in the 1500m with a time of 4:26.62 ... Ran in the Virginia High Performance placing fifth in the 800m with a time of 2:14.35... Competed at the ACC Outdoor Track & Field Championships (4x400) finishing ninth with time of 3:41.05. 

2023 Indoor: Ran at the Virginia Tech Invitational placing 5th in the 3000m with a time of 9:49.32 ... Finished fourth at the Hokie Invitational with a time of 2:44.79 in the 1000m ... Claimed seventh at the Camel City Invitational in the 800m with a time of 2:07.01 ... Competed at the JDL DMR Invitational finishing third in the distance medley relay with a time of 11:04.98 ... Competed in two events at the ACC Indoor Track & Field Championships finishing sixth in the 800m (2:06.12) and fifth in the DMR (11:02.93). 

2022 Outdoor: Competed in the 800m at the NCAA East Preliminary Round, finishing 31st ... Placed 9th in the 800m at the ACC Outdoor Championships with her time of 2:06.68 ... Posted a lifetime best in the 1500m of 4:21.47 to finish 2nd at the Virginia Grand Prix ... Delivered a career best outdoors in the 800m at the Virginia Challenge, running 2:05.88 to finish 5th ... Took third in the 800m at the Tennessee Relays ... Ran as part of the distance medley relay team that finished 2nd at the Tennessee Relays, going 11:41.02.

2022 Indoor: Earned second team All-American at the NCAA Championships as part of the DMR team that ran 11:08.43 to finish 10th ... Ran the 800m leg of the gold medal-winning DMR team that set a new Rector Field House and meet record with their time of 10:53.75 at the ACC Championships ... Finished seventh in the 800m at the ACC Championships with a time of 2:07.96 after running a lifetime best time of 2:04.61 in the prelims ... Was part of the first-place DMR team that broke the JDL Fast Track facility record with a winning time of 11:00.20 ... Set a new lifetime best in the 1000m with a fourth-place time of 2:44.54 at the Hokie Invitational.

2021 Outdoor: Ran an outdoor PR of 2:08.03 in the 800m to finish 16th at the ACC Championships ... Finished 24th in the 1,500m at the Virginia Challenge with a PR time of 4:28.52.

2021 Indoor: Ran the 1600m anchor leg of the DMR team that finished ninth at the NCAA Championships with a time of 11:20.32 ... Posted a PR time of 4:44.92 to finish fourth in the mile at the ACC Championships ... Ran the 800m leg of the first place DMR team at the Camel City Invitational in 11:11.78 ... Finished second in the mile with a time of 4:46.02 at the Tiger Paw Invite ... Posted a PR time of 2:07.92 to finish sixth in the 800m at the Doc Hale Elite Meet ... Placed 10th in the 3,000m at the Hokie Invitational with a time of 10:03.71.

2020 Indoor: Clocked a time of 2:13.46 to finish seventh in the 800m at the ACC Indoor Championships … Ran the mile at the Iowa State Classic and finished with a time 4:55.79 … also ran as a member of the 4x400 relay team at the Iowa State Classic that finished with a time of 3:58.05 … Finished 2nd in the 800m at the Doc Hale Virginia Tech Invitational with a time of 2:11.51.

High school: Won more individual state titles (12) than any runner in the history of the Virginia Independent School Athletic Association (VISAA) … Also won eight state titles as part of relay teams in track and field during her career … Claimed the VISAA individual state cross country title as a senior … Took home the state crowns in the 1,000 and the 1,600 at the VISAA indoor meet as a senior with times of 2:58.13 and 5:15.21, respectively … Also ran the third leg of the 4x400-meter relay team that won the state title at the VISAA indoor meet … Came in sixth in the 1,600 at the VISAA state outdoor meet her senior season with a time of 5:25.23 … Ran the second leg of the 4x400-meter relay team that won the state title at the VISAA outdoor meet … Led St. Catherine’s to the state indoor and outdoor titles as a senior …  Won state titles in the 1,000 and 1,600 at the VISAA state indoor meet as a junior with times of 2:58.88 and 5:09.97, respectively … Won state titles in the 800 and 1,600 at the VISAA state outdoor meet as a junior with times of 2:14.69 and 5:13.78, respectively … Won state titles in the 800, 1,000 and 1,600 (both indoor and outdoor) as a sophomore and also was on the 4x400 relay team that won a state crown … Holds school records in the 400 and 800, along with being a member of the 4x400 relay teams (indoor and outdoor) that hold school records.
