2023 Indoors:  Finished the mile at the David Hemery Valentine Invitational with a time of 4:14.84. 

2022 Outdoor: Competed in the 1500m at the ACC Championships, running 3:51.07 to finish in 18th ... Set a lifetime best in the 1500m with a time of 3:43.02 to finish as runner up at the Virginia Grand Prix ... Ran the 1500m in 3:44.38 at the Virginia Challenge for a ninth-place finish ... Posted a PR in the 5000m with his time of 14:45.22 at the Raleigh Relays.

2022 Indoor: Delivered a time of 1:52.54 to finish fifth in the 800m at the Doc Hale Elite Meet.

2021 Outdoor: Posted a time of 3:44.92 in the 1,500m prelims at the ACC Championships ... Finished 11th in the 800m with a time of 1:56.68 at the Liberty Twilight Qualifier ... Delivered time of 4:03.87 in the mile to finish 13th at the Virginia Grand Prix ... Ran an outdoor PR in the 800m with a time of 1:52.82 at the Virginia Challenge.

2021 Indoor: Ran the 1,200m leg on the DMR that finished fifth and set a school record in 9:27.67 at the NCAA Championships ... Finished sixth in the mile with a time of 4:03.27 to earn second team All-ACC at the ACC Championships ... Won the 1,000m with a time of 2:23.59 at the Virginia Tech Challenge ... Finished second in the mile with a time of 4:05.03 at the Tiger Paw Invite ... Delivered a time of 1:51.03 in the 800m to finish fifth at the Doc Hale Elite Meet ...
