Cross Country (2024): Ran a personal best 6K at the Virginia Tech Invitational in 18:38.8... Posted a 24:05.9 8K at the Hokie Invitational... Competed at the Panorama Farms Invitational and finished the 8K in 24:09.1... Ran a career-best 8k of 23:59.6 at the ACC Cross Country Championship.
Outdoor Track & Field (2024): Finished fourth at the 2024 Colonial Relays in the 5000m with 14:20.20… Completed the 1500 with a 3:41.90 at the Wake Forest Invitational with a new personal-record… Got seventh place in the 800m at the Virginia High Performance with a 1:50.03, a new personal-record… Competed at the ACC Outdoor Championships in the 1500m and finished in 3:54.98.
Indoor Track & Field (2024): Reached a personal-best in the 1000m at the Hokie Invitational, finishing 10th, with a 2:22.73… At the Doc Hale VT Meet, finished third with a personal-best in the mile of 3:59.21… Recorded a new personal-best of 1:20.79 in the 600m at the Music City Challenge… Helped finish first in DMR at the Boston University DMR Challenge with a 9:22.71… Boasted a new personal-best at the ACC Indoor Track & Field Championships in the 3000m with a 8:01.16... Helped the DMR to a 10th place finish at the 2024 NCAA Indoor Championships with a 9:32.20 result, and earned 2024 Second-Team All-American honors for the feat.
