2024 Outdoor: Finished third in the 1500m at the Hill City Twilight clocking in at 3:42.15... Clocked a personal-best 800m time of 1:50.03 at the Virginia High Performance... Recorded a personal-best 1500m time of 3:41.90 at the Wake Forest Invitational... Ran a personal-best time of 14:20.20 in the 5000m at the Colonial Relays finishing fourth. 

2024 Indoor: Placed 10th at the NCAA Championships in the DMR with a time of 9:32.20... Clocked a personal-best time of 8:01.16 in the 3000m at the ACC Championships... Placed first in the DMR at the Boston University DMR Challenge with a time of 9:22.71… Placed third in the mile clocking in with a time of 3:59.21 at the Doc Hale VT Meet. 

2023 Outdoor: Ran in the 1500m at the ACC Championships clocking in at 3:48.14... Placed fourth at the Liberty Twilight Qualifier in the 800m with a personal-best time of 1:50.16... Recorded a personal-best time of 4:07.58 in the mile at the Virginia High Performance... Placed first in the 1500m at the Bryan Clay Invitational stopping the clock at 3:43.28 (PR)... Finished first in the 1500m at the Mt. SAC Relays with a time of 3:46.73. 

2023 Indoor: Did not compete.

High School: Finished first at the 2022 Indoor State Championships in the 1000m... Four year team captain... Claimed five regional championships in track and field including two in the 800m and 1600m. 

Personal:  Son of Bryan and Laura Coleman ... Has one siblings, Elizabeth ... Plans to major in Agribusiness.
