2007 Outdoor: Finished eighth in the discus at the ACC Championships with a mark of 46.87m (153'9") ... Won the 'B' flight in the shot put at the Texas Relays with a personal-best mark of 15.15m (49'8.5") ... Placed 14th at the NCAA East Regional with a mark of 14.70m (48'2") ... Won the discus at Radford's Highlander Challenge with a throw of 45.46m (149'2").

2007 Indoor: Earned 10th place at the ACC Championships in the shot put with a mark of 14.05m (46'1.25") ... Placed fifth at the Sykes-Sabok Challenge Cup with a mark of 15.11m (49'7") ... Finished in third place at the Penn State National Open with a heave of 14.59m (47'10.5") ... Took third place in the shot put at Liberty's On Track Open with a 14.59m (47'10.5") mark.

High School: Ranked second in the nation in the discus for the 2005 season, and 15th in the nation in the shot put for the 2006 season ... Four-time state discus champion, becoming only the second person to win four straight North Dakota state titles ... Two-time indoor state champion in the shot put ...
