2024 Indoor: Finished 10th in the DMR clocking in at 9:32.20 at the NCAA Championships... Claimed bronze in the 800m at the ACC Championships with a time of 1:47.76... Placed first at the Boston DMR Challenge competing in the DMR with a time of 9:22.71... Finished first in the 600m with a personal-best time of 1:17.64 at the Music City Challenge... Recorded a personal-best 800m time of 1:47.51 at the Doc Hale VT Meet... Placed fourth in the 1000m with a time of 2:25.65 at the Virginia Tech Challenge.

2022 Outdoor: Ran as part of the distance medley relay team that finished second at the Tennessee Relays with a time of 9:42.38 ... Posted a time of 1:56.97 in the 800m to finish 17th at the Tennessee Relays ... Opened his outdoor season with a time of 3:52.98 in the 1500m at the Raleigh Relays.

2022 Indoor: Debuted for Virginia Tech by running the 800m leg on the ACC title-winning distance medley relay that ran 9:35.00 at the ACC Championships ... Also at the ACC Championships posted a career best time of 1:52.65 in the open 800m.

High School: District and Regional champion in both 1,000m and 4x800m relay in 2021 ... Virginia 6A runner-up in 1,000m with a school-record time of 2:31.69 ... Finished third as a member of the 4x800m relay at Virginia 6A Indoor State Championships ... District champion in the 800m and 4x400m relay ...
