2006 Indoor: Was the first Hokie finisher in the mile at the Virginia Tech Invitational, taking 22nd place in 4:27.63 ... Also finished 22nd in the 1000m in 2:34.25.

2005 Outdoor: Ran a personal-best 800m at Georgia Tech Invitational of 1:53.16 ... Was fourth at the Liberty Twilight meet in the 800m with a time of 1:53.49 ... Finished 35th at the Duke Invitational in the 1,500m.

2005 Indoor: Finished eighth in the mile at the Virginia Tech Last Chance Invitational with a time of 4:21.67 ... Placed 11th in the 1,000m at the Virginia Tech Invitational.

2004 Outdoor: Ran a 4:02.87 1500 for 5th place at the Virginia Tech Track Invitational ... Had a season-best time of 1:56.30 for 800 meters.

2004 Indoor: Ran 2:33.67 for 1000m to finish 7th at Virginia Tech Challenge ... Finished 7th in mile at Last Chance meet in mile with a time of 4:25.21.

High School: Member of the state champion 4x800m relay team his senior year at Loudoun Valley High School ... Placed fifth in the 800m at the state championship ... Set the school record in the 800m and 4x800m events ... MVP of the track and field team as well as the cross country team.
