2007 Cross Country: First Tech men's cross country runner to ever be recognized as the Atlantic Coast Conference's Performer of the Week on Sept. 25 after winning the event title at the Lenoir-Rhyne Invitational with an 8k time of 26:47 ...Finished third at the Wake Forest Relays, teaming with James Scheiner for a combined time of 46:10 ... Ran 10k in 31:14.05 at the NCAA Southeast Regional for 38th place ... Earned 15th-place at the William & Mary Inter-Regional with an 8k effort of 25:04 ... 26th-place finisher at the Chile Pepper Invitational at a time of 31:09 ... Ran 27:00 8k time for 79th-place at the ACC Championships.

2007 Outdoor: Anchored school record-setting 4x1,500-meter relay that ran in 15:41.32 to take first place at Tennessee's Sea Ray Relays ... Earned 22nd place at the NCAA Championships in the 1,500-meter race, with a time of 3:47.50 ... Finished fifth in the 1,500-meter race at the NCAA East Regional Championship with a time of 3:43.02 ... All-ACC in the 800-meter run with a personal best of 1:49.51 ... Recorded personal-best 1,500-meter time of 3:41.88 to win the event at the Vanderbilt Twilight II ... Led off 4x400-meter relay that took first place at the Liberty Twilight ... Broke nine-year-old Matthes-Hopkins Track Complex record in the 1,500-meter at the Liberty Twilight Qualifier, with a 3:48.63 time ... Captured first place in the 800-meters at the Duke Invitational (1:52.80).

2007 Indoor: Broke a 20-year school record in the mile with a personal-best mile of 4:06.74 for second place at the VT Challenge ... Was sixth-place finisher in the mile at the ACC Championships with a time of 4:07 ... Recorded a then-personal best in the 800-meter run with a 1:50.15 time to earn first place at the Last Chance Invitational ... At the same meet, took the event title in the 1,000-meter race with a personal-best time of 2:26.79 ... Led off distance medley relay that finished second (10:15.14) at the VT Challenge.

2006 Cross Country: Finished 24th at the ACC Championships with an 8k time of 25:23 ... Placed 31st at the William & Mary Inter-Regional in 27:32 ... Took 68th place at the Chile Pepper Invitational with a time of 31:17.1.

2006 Outdoor: Finished third in the 1,500-meter race at the Florida State Relays with a time of 3:56.12 ... Had a personal-best time of 1:52.69 in his seventh-place performance at the Lou Onesty Invitational in the 800-meters ... Advanced to the finals of the 1,500-meter race at the ACC Championships with a time of 3:54.60 ... Recorded a personal-best time of 3:48.67 in the finals, placing fourth.

2006 Indoor: Was 17th in the 1,000-meter with a time of 2:33.38 at the Virginia Tech Invitational ... Was 10th in the 800-meter at the Penn State Open with a time of 1:55.17 ... Was part of the sixth-place distance medley relay team at the PSU Open with a time of 10:13.19 ... Placed 11th in the mile at the ACC Championships with a time of 4:18.61 ... Ran the mile in a personal-best time of 4:12.52 for fourth place at the Virginia Tech Last Chance meet.

2005 Cross Country: Placed 10th at the VT Alumni Meet with a time of 25:54.01 .. Did not compete the rest of the season because of an injury.

2005 Outdoor: Redshirted.

2005 Indoor: Ran unattached at the Virginia Tech Last Chance meet, took third place in the mile with 4:13.32 and finished in 15th place in the 800-meters.

High School: Three-year letterwinner in track and two-year letterman in cross country at Midlothian High School under coach Stan Morgan ... Named team MVP and captain for track ... Was only athlete in Virginia to earn all-state honors in all five distance events (800, 1,000, 1,600, 3,200-meter races and cross country) in 2004 ...
