2023 Indoor: Finished fourth in mile at the ACC Championships with a time of 4:40.99, placed first in the prelims with a personal-best time of 4:37.12... Ran a personal-best 3000m time of 9:12.72 at the David Hemery Valentine Invite... Placed sixth in the mile at the Camel City Invite with a time of 4:39.03... Clocked a personal-best 1000m time of 2:45.45 at the Hokie Invitational. 

2022 Outdoor: Competed at the NCAA East Prelim in the 1500m, running 4:20.30 ... Set a new lifetime best in the 1500m of 4:19.91 at the ACC Championships to finish 10th ... Placed third in the 1500m at the Virginia Grand Prix with a time of 4:21.50 ... Posted a PR of 2:09.82 in the 800m to finish eighth at the Virginia Challenge ... Opened the outdoor season with a lifetime best 5000m, running 16:37.89 at the Raleigh Relays.

2022 Indoor: Finished fifth in the mile at the ACC Championships with a personal best of 4:41.78 to earn second team All-ACC ... Placed second at the Virginia Tech challenge with a lifetime best of 2:09.95 in the 800m … Registered a lifetime best in the 3000m of 9:35.53 to finish third at the Camel City Invitational … Ran for a personal record of 2:48.08 in the 1000m at the Virginia Tech Invitational to place third.

2021 Outdoor: Posted a time of 17:04.52 in the 5,000m at the ACC Championships ... Finished eighth in the 1500m at the Liberty Twilight Qualifier with a time of 4:39.61.

2021 Indoor: Ran the 3,000m in 10:11.42 at the Hokie Invitational to finish 11th ... Delivered a seventh place finish in the 1,000m with a time of 2:56.38 at the Virginia Tech Invitational.

2020 Indoor: Did not compete.

High school: Came in second in the 3,200 at the Class 5 state outdoor meet as a senior with a time of 10:53.82 … Was sixth in the 1,600 at the Class 5 state outdoor meet that same season (5:14.48) … Finished seventh at the Class 5 cross country meet as a senior … Led Tuscarora High to the state title in cross country as a senior – the program’s third consecutive state crown … Finished fifth in both the 1,600 and 3,200 at the Class 5 outdoor meet as a junior … Holds the school record in the 800 and 1,600 … An honorable mention All-Met selection in outdoor track and field as a senior.
