2008 Indoor: Set school record in the pole vault with a clearance of 13-07.25 ... redshirted.

2007 Outdoor: Won the ACC pole vault crown with a personal-best and school record height of 4.11m (13’5.75”) … Placed 21st at the NCAA Championships with a 3.75m (12’3.5”) mark … Finished second at the NCAA East Regional Championships with a 4.06m (13’3”) height ... Either Early or teammate Erin Mahony won every meet in which they competed through the NCAA East Regional championship.

2007 Indoor: Runner-up at the ACC Championships … Set a former school record at the VT Last Chance at 4.02m (13’2 1/4”) … Took third place at the Niswonger Invitational with a height of 3.80m (12’5.5”) … Was the third finisher at the Rod McCravy Memorial meet with a 3.75m (12’3.5”) height.
