2024 Outdoor: Placed 16th at the NCAA East Prelims in the 4x100m relay with a time of 39.87... Finished 17th in the 400m at the ACC Championships with a time of 48.44... Placed first in the 4x400m relay clocking in a time of 3:05.93 at the East Coast Relays... Recorded a personal-best 100m time of 10.97 at the Virginia Challenge, 21.69 in the 200m... Finished 13th in the 400m at the Weems Baskin Invitational recording a time of 48.56. 

2024 Indoor: Finished 20th in the 400m with a time of 48.20 at the ACC Championships... Placed first in the 400m at the Virginia Tech Challenge clocking a time of 48.38... Clocked in third at the Doc Hale VT Meet in the 4x400m relay crossing the finish line at 3:19.67... Recorded a personal-best time of 35.61 in the 300m at the Virginia Tech Invitational. 

2023 Outdoor: Ran a personal-best 400m time of 47.41 at the ACC Championships... Finished second at the Liberty Twilight Qualifier in the 400m with a time of 48.44... Ran anchor in the 4x400m relay at the Florida Relays setting a school-record time of 3:06.39... Finished first in the 4x400m relay at the Weems Baskin Relays with a time of 3:08.38. 

2023 Indoor: Claimed gold in the distance medley relays with a time of 9:28.86 at the ACC Championships... Finished first in the 400m at the Virginia Tech Challenge clocking in at 48.37, second in the 200m (21.92)... Ran a personal-best 200m time of 21.77 at the Tiger Paw Invite... Clocked a personal-best time of 36.00 in 300m at the Virginia Tech Invitational.
