Hokie Club Job responsibilities: Randall coordinates the program and implementation of strength and conditioning training protocol for volleyball, men’s swimming and diving, women’s swimming and diving, and softball. She also serves as the Olympic sports strength and conditioning internship coordinator.

Prior to Virginia Tech: Randall served as a graduate assistant strength and conditioning coach for Olympic sports at Virginia Tech from 2014-18.
Education: Virginia Tech, 2018 (Ph.D. in instruction design and technology: emphasis on psychomotor skill instruction for athletic performance in novice learners); Pittsburg State University, 2013 (Master of Science in health, human performance & recreation); Morgan State, 2011 (B.S. in physical education).
Of Note: Randall has been certified in several areas of strength and conditioning, including SCCC (Strength and Conditioning Certified) through the CSCCA (Collegiate Strength and Conditioning Association); CSCS (Certified Strength and Conditioning Specialist) through the NSCA (National Strength and Conditioning Association); USAW Level-1 Sports Performance (United States of America Weightlifting); FMS-1 (Functional Movement Screen) and First Aid/CPR/AED (American Red Cross Association).
Randall also competed for Jamaica on the international stage, including: 2013 CAC Games gold medalist (Jamaican track and field athlete in the discus throw); 2012 London Olympian (Jamaican track and field athlete); 2011 Pan American Games participant (Jamaican track and field athlete); 2011 CAC Games bronze medalist (Jamaican track and field athlete); 2010 NCAA Outdoor Track and Field Championship participant (Morgan State University, discus throw).
She also competed in the shot put, discus, hammer throw, and weight throw in college.
Personal: A native of Baltimore, she enjoys lifting weights, playing music as a DJ and playing instruments. She currently lives in Blacksburg.
